With Partners Night, we created an exclusive setting for Nhood where the business community could expand its network beyond the boundaries of the trade fair. The goal was to offer guests attending MAPIC, the leading international retail real estate event, an evening immersed in a unique atmosphere designed to encourage meaningful and spontaneous professional connections.

The challenge lay in the operational complexity: creating a memorable experience for a highly selected audience, ensuring a seamless logistical journey from the digital invitation to guests’ return transfers, and managing all the requirements involved in hosting an event at a prestigious venue such as the Sky Garden at Merlata Bloom. This was not simply about organizing a networking cocktail reception, but about orchestrating a true brand positioning experience.

Our Solution:

We managed the event end-to-end, overseeing every touchpoint through a turnkey approach that seamlessly integrated technology, logistics, and a multisensory guest experience.

Starting with digital communication, we managed the entire engagement funnel: a high-impact email campaign introduced the invitation, followed by a dedicated registration platform that provided guests with a smooth accreditation process while allowing Nhood to monitor registrations in real time.

Every logistical aspect was designed to eliminate friction. A coordinated shuttle service transported guests who requested it directly from the Rho exhibition centre to the event venue.

From a creative perspective, we transformed the Sky Garden terrace into a sophisticated open-air urban lounge. Carefully curated live musical performances set the tone throughout the evening, enhancing the atmosphere without overshadowing the event’s primary purpose: networking.

To complete the experience, we selected a premium catering service and created an exclusive signature cocktail, paying close attention to every detail to surprise guests and make the evening even more memorable.

Results

More than 170 industry professionals attended the event, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, engagement, and genuine exchange.

The event fully achieved Nhood’s positioning objectives, delivering a seamless and exclusive experience that strengthened relationships within its business community.
