StarChestnut took on the challenge launched by the NGO Mani Tese, creating an innovative public awareness project on the critical issues of the global textile supply chain.
Thus was born “The Fashion Experience”, an immersive and highly innovative journey, set up in the heart of Milan’s Darsena, thanks to the collaboration with the City of Milan and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.
The event, designed to highlight the social and environmental issues linked to the world of Fast Fashion, came to life inside three branded geodesic domes, transformed into experiential spaces through the use of immersive videos, augmented reality, and interactive videos with motion sensors.
The campaign was supported by a major communication effort: urban billboards, video spots in Milan’s subway stations, and social media promotions helped generate public awareness and participation.
StarChestnut managed the project end-to-end, overseeing both the advertising campaign and the production of the entire event, from set design to technical and operational coordination, up to the overall direction of the immersive experience.
A project that confirms StarChestnut’s approach to delivering high-impact awareness events, capable of combining technology, creativity, and social storytelling.
